We are seeking an experienced and skilled Head Bartender to join our team. As the leader of our bar operation, you will be responsible for managing the daily activities of our bartenders, maintaining high-quality service and product standards, and contributing to the overall success of our restaurant or bar.

- Lead and manage a team of bartenders to ensure excellent customer service and efficient operations
- Develop and implement menu concepts, promotions, and specials in collaboration with management
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of spirits, beers, wines, and cocktails to make informed recommendations to customers
- Train and develop bar staff on mixology skills, drink preparation, and customer service techniques
- Monitor inventory levels and manage orders for liquor, beer, and supplies
- Ensure compliance with all liquor laws and regulations
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including glassware, utensils, and equipment
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure high-quality products and competitive pricing
- Participate in menu planning, inventory management, and cost control efforts
- Provide exceptional customer service by being knowledgeable about our drinks and willing to make recommendations

- 3+ years of experience as a bartender or bar manager
- Proven leadership skills and ability to motivate and train staff
- Strong knowledge of mixology and spirits industry trends
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or related field preferred

- Our bar operates in a premium setting, serving 30-60 guests at peak hours.
