美国爵士吉他手 Douglas Martin,从12 岁开始学习音乐。在加利福尼亚州旧金山地区长大的他有幸从很小的时候就接触到现场爵士乐和蓝调。 2012 年,道格拉斯·马丁搬回中国,此后一直在北京。在中国的这几年里,Doug 一直是北京爵士乐队Doug Martin Jazz Trio 的主音吉他手。 这个Trio还由主唱Jess Meider,以及贝斯手 徐广君 ET 组成。

American Jazz guitarist Douglas Martin, started studying music at age 12. Growing up in the San Francisco area of California he was fortunate to be exposed to live jazz and blues from a very early age. In 2012 Douglas Martin moved back to China and has been in Beijing ever since. During these last several years in China Doug has been the lead guitarist for the swing band, Doug Martin Jazz Trio. It is comprised of Doug Martin (guitar), Jess Meider (vocals) and Xu Guangjun “ET” (bass).

Inspired by Doug Martin’s journey from San Francisco to Beijing, his music style is heavily influenced by the east.
