Room of Kaleidoscope

在万花筒的空间，首先吸引我眼球的是镜子重叠的万花筒效果，再走近看，一副由成百上千的蝴蝶组成的作品展现在眼前，镜子和蝴蝶激发我创造杯垫的灵感。蝴蝶的意象让我自然而然地想象到了花园，柠檬叶，接骨木花，无花果叶营造出花草的香气，清酒和日本培茶的搭配更有日式庭院的感觉，我想将安藤忠雄和蝴蝶作品完美融合。
Mirrors grab my attention instantly as I enter the Room of Kaleidoscope. The centerpiece of this room is Damien Hirst’s famous artwork made up of thousands of butterfly specimens. The effect of mirror and motif of butterfly inspires me to design the two coasters. The image of butterfly encourages me to create a cocktail that feels like a Japanese garden, where sake and hoji tea to set the tone, kaffir leaf, elderflower, fig leaf combines the floral and herbal fragrance.
