在大地的空间里，自然的红色岩石景观得到完美的还原。大地艺术，让我联想到土壤和植物这些根植于大地的东西。我选用了松针烈酒加上泥土蒸馏液，来传递泥土和青草的风味，再调以啤酒花、绿豆蔻这些根茎类植物的香气，最后用青苹果苏打和蘑菇油来激活味道，呈现出来的是大地的鲜味。
In the Room of Land, the red slate landscape is perfectly restored. The piece is a representation of Earth art, which reminds me of very earthy ingredients that are rooted in land. Pine needle vodka and earthy distillate brings out the flavor of soil and wood, green cardamom and hop conveys a note of rhizome, and finally green apple soda with mushroom oil to spice it up, a cocktail of earthy umami is finished.
