That’s why I want to make this drink very much like a taste of ocean. Oyster, spirulina and saline saturate gin and mastiha with a thick marine flavor, vetiver and smoked apple wood add a bit of woody note to it. Just close your eyes and enjoy the sip of under-the-sea wonderland.
