抛物线的空间展出一副蓝色的圆盘型雕塑，像猫眼一般，蓝得深浅不一却十分彻底，让我仿佛坠入冰冷的海底，感受着深海的呼吸和起伏。我选择了许多海洋的食材，用生蚝蒸馏液，螺旋藻，海盐打造出海洋生物的鲜味，再用烟熏苹果木和香根草作为木调味道的点缀，配上冰草的garnish，喝起来仿佛沉入海底的神秘世界。
The Room of Parabola takes me to the bottom of ocean to feel the breath of deep sea by wrapping me with all shades of blue. That’s why I want to make this drink very much like a taste of ocean. Oyster, spirulina and saline saturate gin and mastiha with a thick marine flavor, vetiver and smoked apple wood add a bit of woody note to it. Just close your eyes and enjoy the sip of under-the-sea wonderland.
