Room of Wind

在风的空间，看不见的风是主角，动态雕塑是展现动静之美的手法。一提到风，每个人都会有不同的记忆点，我会想起南法田间清风徐来的芬芳。以薰衣草金酒作为基调，融合了迷迭香，百里香，月桂叶的草本清香，再加上番茄汁的咸鲜味，入嘴就像走在南法乡村小路上一般轻松自在。
In the Room of Wind, the dynamic sculpture is never the real protagonist, the invisible wind is. Wind means different scenarios for different people, for me, it reminds me of the fragrant breeze in the lavender field of South France. That’s why we have infuse lavender into to capture this image, and by adding herbal flavor like thyme, rosemary, bay leaf, oregano, and using tomato juice to bring out umami, this cocktail is as pleasing as walking in country road in South France.
