We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Head Bartender to oversee the daily operations of Ralph's Bar, crafting innovative and expertly designed cocktails that exceed our guests' expectations. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our talented bartending team, driving sales growth, and maintaining the highest standards of service, quality, and consistency.
资历 | Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a Head Bartender or Senior Bartender in a luxury hotel or high-end bar
- Advanced knowledge of spirits, mixology techniques, and classic cocktails
- Proven track record of sales growth and revenue management
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
