Job Title: Bartender
Reporting to: Spirits Architects Management team
As a Bartender - Traveling Consultant with Spirits Architects, you'll have the opportunity to travel to various locations worldwide, developing new recipes, training teams, and driving sales growth for our clients. You'll be an expert in your craft, always seeking inspiration from new ingredients, techniques, and cultural influences.

- 3+ years of experience as a professional bartender in high-end environments (e.g., fine dining, luxury hotels, or award-winning bars)
- Advanced knowledge of spirits, mixology techniques, and classic cocktails
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teaching skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and adaptability skills in fast-paced environments
- Willingness to travel extensively (up to 4-6 weeks at a time) for new assignments
- Travel to different projects and events, providing expertise and support
- Develop and refine cocktail recipes
- Train and mentor teams on Spirits Architects' signature cocktails and service standards.
- Collaborate with event planners, chefs, and hospitality professionals to create cohesive and memorable experiences.
- Conduct product tastings and education sessions for clients and team members
- Develop and implement sales strategies, driving revenue growth through upselling and pairing cocktails with menu offerings.
