当No Beijing风潮席卷中国新音乐场景之时, “White”这 个名字开始伴随着Carsick Cars乐队主唱/吉他手张守望的展露峥嵘一同出现.
2010年, 更多年轻的音乐人开始大胆的 尝试更新鲜的音乐形式,守望也在那时邀请了嘎调乐队的鼓手王旭一同开始了新 的计划,同时将这个新计划起名为“White Plus”,也就是 “White+”。他们称自己是“硬件电子乐队”:守望负责效果器、人声、改装电子琴以及使用 一些稀奇 古怪的电子设备发出各种声音,而王旭则全盘操控打击乐以及鼓机采样
他们的音乐绚丽却又不失极简的线条感,巨大的声场中包容着缜密的构造。借用一位乐迷的话 说:“看White+的现场,就像是在欣赏一场密室里的细胞分裂” 。

When the No Beijing trend swept the new music scene in China, the name “White” began to appear along with Carsick Cars lead singer/guitarist Zhang Shouwang.
In 2010, more young musicians began to boldly experiment with fresher musical forms. At that time, Shouwang invited the drummer of the “The Gar”, Wang Xu, to start a new project together and named it: “White+”. They call themselves “hardware electronic bands”: Shouwang is responsible for effects, vocals, modified electronic pianos, and use some weird electronic devices to produce various sounds, while Wang Xu controls percussion and drum machine sampling.
Their music is gorgeous without losing the spirit of minimalist, and the huge sound field contains meticulous structure. A fan once said : “Watching the White+ scene is like appreciating a cell division in a secret room.”
